In 2001, a TUV certificate was obtained, meaning correspondence of Demidovsky plant quality control system to the requirements of ISO-9001, and in 2006, “SCOVO” plant has obtained the same certificate.
What does ISO 9001 require?
To know customer’s needs, to monitor satisfaction of customer’s needs, to plan our work, to monitor fulfillment of projects, to issue strict written instructions for all departments describing a way of our work performance, to provide facilities for our personnel to perform their obligations, to measure and improve qualification of our personnel, to have indices and goals. These working regulations totally correspond to International requirements.
Correspondence to the Standard requirements and recommendations means ability of the enterprise to maintain stable quality and improve results of work. Correspondence to ISO 9001 requirements shows some level of reliability of a supplier as well.
